The Freesat Plus (Foxsat HDR) is designed to
record 2 channels at the same time, it appears that when receiver leaves the factory
it is set by default to record only one channel
at a time. IE: Only one recording input is functional.
There is a hidden menu where further
settings can be accessed and the 2nd recording option can be switched
on.
To access these settings:
1)
Press “Menu” scroll down to picture of dish and press “OK”.
2)
Highlight “Manual Tune” (Do not press OK), when highlighted press the
following coloured buttons in this sequence: “Red, Green, Yellow, Blue, Green,
Yellow, Blue” The hidden menu will appear.
3)
Select “Antenna Settings” scroll down to “Connection Type” and
select “Two Cable Same” then select “Search”.
