I
ordered a SPLITTER on Monday at about 1100 hours and guess what I received it on
Tuesday - This took me by surprise as it's seems U are the first Company which
follows the MOTTO saying your order will be despatched within 24 hours has
actually done better than that!

People are always good at contacting companies to complain about poor
service or product quality, so I thought I would take a few seconds to
congratulate you on both.
I placed my order with you on-line at noon yesterday. At 10.30 this
morning the door bell rang. It was the postman with a parcel
containing my
order!
I was more than a little surprised, as my usual experience with ordering
on-line is that it takes at least 4-5 working days (at best!). No
only
that, but the parcel contained the correct items! I have connected
the
products and they are both working perfectly!
A senior retail manager once said to me that "If we could just get things
right first time and on time, we could make a fortune!". Thank
you for
making me realise that there is someone out there who wants to run a
successful business, and who appreciates and understands that positive word
of mouth is the most powerful asset a business can have.

wiltshire after selling my business in tetbury i was pleasently surprised by
your high standard of caring and swift response. if only all other business were
like yours the uk would be number 1 in the world market

you may remember I came in with my father two weeks ago to pick up a
receiver and dish for use in Frankfurt, Germany.
I thought you might like to know that everything is functioning perfectly. I
was amazed how easy it was to set up, and we've got about an 80% signal
quality signal !!
Thanks again for all your help, I will definitely be recommending your
service to other Ex-pats in the Frankfurt area!
