Fibre Optic Satellite Distribution
|
New! Capable of supplying satellite signals to 32 homes from one satellite
dish over a 10km radius with virtually no loss of signal.
Ideal for new or existing housing complexes, flats, or anywhere that
requires a communal dish.

Advantages:
-Reduced Installation time, simply plug in the distribution equipment, no
need to terminate the cable ends.
-No Earth bonding required
-Use a single 3mm Fibre optic lead from the dish, no need to use 4
satellite cables.
-Long cable runs, several kilometers are no problem
-Single fibre optic cable to each home, will feed up to 4 digital
satellite receivers
-Ready made fibre optic leads available from 1m to 200m, barrel connectors
available for longer runs
-No specialist metering equipment required once the dish has been aligned
correctly
-No power required to the splitters or virtual units, the system is via a
passive optical network.

single optical output, capable of supplying 32 Virtual Converters over a
10 kilometre radius. The LNB has a 40mm neck to fit most satellite dishes
and requires a 12v DC supply (Included with LNB).

The NEW GI FibreMDU Optical Output LNB
radically changes how satellite IF signals are dealt with. The innovative
new design stacks both the horizontal and vertical polarities then
modulates this extended frequency, optically, using a Laser within the LNB.
NB: For point to point distribution due to the high output and extremely
low loss of the fibre optic lead a splitter will still need to be added
even though you may not need it.
