TV
link is designed to allow the remote control to change channels from any
other room where the Sky digital channel is also being viewed. It is
inserted in between the coax plug and the back of the extension TV, the
power source is obtained from the RF2 socket on the Digibox. To activate
press the "services" button, then "System Set up", tap
in the installers code being "0,1,select" go to RF Outlets and
switch the RF2 outlet on. A small red light will glow on the TV Link to
confirm that it is connected.
For
Sky HD receivers press "Services" then 0,0,1 select then scroll
horizontally until you reach RF Outlets, switch the RF outlet power supply
to on.
They are very easy to fit and should only
take 5 minutes at the most. If you encounter a problem with activating the
TV Link by going through existing distribution boxes see "D.A.Boxes".
